Job Description
Manage daily plant production operations and meet production targets Ensure quality compliance, GMP, and safety standards Oversee shop-floor execution and workforce supervision Handle process control, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement Supervise and train operators and shift teams Manage production reporting and coordination with other departments Ensure smooth functioning of injection, blow, and PET processes Processes: Injection Moulding Blow Moulding IBM PET Preform & Stretch Blow Moulding
Education & Experience
Education
Graduate / Diploma in Engineering or related technical field (preferred)
Experience Level
15–18 years of experience in Plastic Manufacturing / Packaging
Additional Information
Strong shop-floor expertise and independent working ability required Experience in FMCG / cosmetic packaging preferred Africa exposure is an advantage Willingness to work flexible shifts
