Maintenance Manager
Job Description
Plan and execute preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance activities Handle maintenance of multilayer and monolayer blown film & cast film lines Ensure high machine availability and reduced downtime Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and engineers Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and utility-related issues Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory compliance Coordinate with production teams for smooth plant operations
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
Experience Level
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in maintenance operations Relevant experience in plastic / flexible packaging industry is mandatory Hands-on exposure to blown film and cast film technologies required
Additional Information
Experience in plastic / flexible packaging industry is mandatory Exposure to multilayer & monolayer blown/cast film technology required Nigeria experience is an advantage
