Job Description
Lead and manage all inbound logistics operations in a fast-paced environment Oversee goods receipt, warehousing, transportation, and security of products Ensure logistics operations align with international best practices and global operational standards Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards Manage logistics teams and third-party service providers effectively Monitor and analyse logistics performance data to support informed decision-making Develop and implement strategic and operational dashboards to convert data into actionable insights Maintain high standards of quality, reliability, and service delivery across the supply chain

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field Professional qualifications in Logistics, Warehousing, or Management Sciences will be an added advantage
Experience Level
Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in logistics management Experience within FMCG or related high-volume, fast-paced industries preferred
