Job Description

Overseeing day-to-day operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch). Ensuring inventory accuracy and strict stock control. Leading, motivating, and managing warehouse staff. Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Conducting quality checks before dispatch. Coordinating directly with vendors and suppliers. Maintaining floor safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
