Education & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field • Professional certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA ITIL) – Added advantage

Experience Level

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT Administration or similar role • Strong troubleshooting and technical support experience • Hands-on experience in network and systems administration
