Job Description
Lead and expand the company’s wholesale pharmacy network across the region. Drive operational excellence and business growth through strategic initiatives and loyalty programs. Oversee supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution. Implement effective demand planning strategies to ensure product availability and minimize stock-outs. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams through structured Learning & Development programs. Develop operational strategies to support long-term business growth. Monitor business performance, operational KPIs, and efficiency metrics. Collaborate with leadership teams to implement strategic business initiatives. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and operational standards.

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Experience Level
15+ Years of senior leadership experience in FMCG / Pharmaceutical Operations
Additional Information
International leadership exposure Candidates with strong experience in FMCG and Pharmaceutical operations, pharmacy network expansion, and supply chain management will be highly preferred.
