Job Description
Oversee overall gold plant operations and production processes Ensure achievement of production targets and operational efficiency Manage plant performance, process optimization, and cost control Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams Implement safety, health, and environmental standards Coordinate with mining, maintenance, and support teams Monitor plant KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Mining / Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering or related field Master’s Degree preferred
Experience Level
22 to 25 years of experience Extensive experience in Gold Plant Operations (mandatory) Strong leadership and operational management experience

Candidates with strong gold processing plant experience only International / African experience preferred Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
