QC Manager – Steel Industry
Job Description
Lead QC & QA activities across SMS, CCM, Rolling Mill & Raw Materials Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications Inspect materials from incoming stage to finished goods and control rejections Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Logistics teams Monitor plant quality performance and drive continuous improvement Handle audits, reporting, and documentation

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Metallurgy / Mechanical or related field Certification in Quality Management (preferred)
Experience Level
8–12+ years in Quality Control/Assurance within the steel manufacturing industry Strong exposure to SMS, CCM, Rolling Mill, and Raw Materials Experience in large-scale plant operations is mandatory
