Production Supervisor – Avocado Oil Processing Factory
Job Description
• Supervise daily production activities and manage production staff • Ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely • Monitor production output, yields, and quality standards • Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime • Maintain compliance with food safety and quality standards • Manage production teams and shift operations • Report production metrics, performance, and issues to management • Troubleshoot operational challenges and improve processes

Education & Experience
Education
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field • Additional certifications in production/process management are an advantage
Experience Level
• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in oil processing / food manufacturing • Prior experience in avocado oil production preferred • Experience in olive oil or similar edible oil processing acceptable • Hands-on experience with cold-press / oil extraction machinery
