Business Head – Feed Industry (Poultry & Aqua Feed)
Job Description
• Lead complete business operations including P&L management • Set up and scale feed manufacturing operations (greenfield & expansion projects) • Develop and execute strategic business growth plans • Build and manage distribution networks and key customer relationships • Oversee plant operations, production efficiency, and supply chain • Drive alignment between technical and commercial functions • Lead team performance, operational excellence, and market penetration

Education & Experience
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Engineering, or related field • MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Business Management preferred
Experience Level
• 18–25 years of experience in Poultry Feed and/or Aqua Feed industry • Proven experience at GM / Business Head / Unit Head level • Strong exposure to feed mill operations, manufacturing, and market expansion
