Logistics Manager
Job Description
• Manage and coordinate 3rd-party truck fleets • Plan and oversee deliveries in coordination with the sales team • Control and optimize transportation and logistics costs • Work closely with customer site managers and procurement teams • Ensure timely and efficient delivery operations • Monitor logistics performance and resolve operational issues • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and transport partners

Education & Experience
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience Level
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics & distribution management • Experience in Ghana or West Africa preferred • Industry background in Steel, Cement, FMCG, Commodities, or Manufacturing preferred
