Job Description
Operate and monitor production lines for ketchup, mayonnaise, yoghurt, and jelly Ensure consistency, quality, and batch control in food processing Handle emulsification and mixing processes for sauces and related products Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance Coordinate with quality and production teams for smooth operations Maintain production records and reporting Ensure compliance with manufacturing and safety protocols

Education & Experience
Education
ITI / Diploma in Food Science, Dairy Science, Chemistry, or related field
Experience Level
Minimum 8+ years of experience in non-dairy food manufacturing Hands-on experience in sauces, emulsified products, and processed foods
Additional Information
Candidates with prior African experience are preferred (Angola experience is a strong advantage) Strong practical knowledge of sauces and emulsified food production is essential Willingness to relocate to Angola is mandatory
