Senior Technician – Shopping Bags (Plastic Manufacturing)
Job Description
Operate and monitor extrusion machines for plastic film production Handle cutting and sealing machines for shopping bag manufacturing Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to specifications Troubleshoot machine issues and perform preventive maintenance Optimize production efficiency and reduce material wastage Maintain safety and hygiene standards on the shop floor Train and guide junior technicians/operators

Education & Experience
Education
Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Plastic Processing, Mechanical, or related field
Experience Level
10+ years of hands-on experience in plastic / shopping bags manufacturing industry
Additional Information
Candidates must have strong experience in extrusion, cutting, and sealing machines Prior experience in African countries will be an added advantage Immediate joiners preferred
