Factory Operations Head – Printing & Packaging
Job Description
Lead and manage day-to-day factory operations Oversee production planning, manufacturing processes, and operational efficiency Drive quality control, cost optimization, and productivity improvements Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery Support plant setup activities including facility planning, construction, and operational readiness Manage workforce, resources, and cross-functional teams Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards Required Expertise: Strong experience in printing technologies – Flexo Packaging & Offset Printing Experience in paper-based packaging such as mono cartons, labels, and light packaging products Proven track record in factory management and manufacturing leadership Strong commercial and operational understanding

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Printing Technology, Packaging, or related field (MBA / Operations Management preferred)
Experience Level
12–18 years of experience in the printing & packaging industry Strong experience managing end-to-end factory operations
Additional Information
