Manager – Solar O&M
Job Description
Lead end-to-end Solar O&M operations for utility-scale projects Monitor plant performance using SCADA systems and ensure maximum uptime Implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies Manage and optimize CMMS for maintenance planning and tracking Lead and supervise on-site teams, contractors, and technicians Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards Drive OPEX optimization and cost-efficiency initiatives Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards Prepare performance reports and operational insights

Education & Experience
Education
B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Renewable Engineering MBA (Preferred)
Experience Level
8–12 Years (Minimum 3 years in managerial O&M role)
Additional Information
Immediate or early joiners preferred Candidates with strong leadership and international project exposure will be prioritized Experience in EPC/renewable energy companies is highly desirable
