Job Description
Manage logistics and fleet budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency Oversee daily fleet operations including dispatch, route planning, and delivery timelines Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vendor-related expenses Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers for cost optimization Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards Implement and manage fleet tracking systems to improve visibility and efficiency Drive process improvements and operational optimization initiatives Lead, mentor, and develop logistics and fleet teams Track KPIs, analyze performance, and present operational reports Support strategic planning and expansion of logistics operations

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field MBA / Postgraduate qualification (Preferred)
Experience Level
10+ Years in logistics, fleet management, or transportation operations (with leadership experience)
