SPA Therapist
Job Description
Provide a range of treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies Conduct guest consultations to determine treatment needs and preferences Ensure treatment rooms and spa areas are clean, hygienic, and well-prepared Maintain high standards of guest service and confidentiality Promote and upsell spa treatments, retail products, and wellness packages Manage bookings and treatment schedules in coordination with reception Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering spa products and supplies Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times Support overall guest experience by working closely with camp operations and front-of-house teams

Education
Relevant spa or beauty therapy qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent)
Experience Level
Previous experience in lodge, hotel, or resort spa environment preferred

Must have excellent interpersonal and guest-service skills Professional appearance and demeanor required Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays Physically fit and able to stand for long periods Knowledge of spa products and treatments is essential
