IT Solutions Specialist
Job Description
Identify and initiate IT solutions projects with clients Focus on LAN, WAN, CCTV, Access Control, GPS Tracking, and Print Management Conduct client meetings and site surveys Prepare technical proposals and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) Present solutions and close deals with clients Handover projects to the technical team Develop printer leasing and print management services

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred) Knowledge of LAN, WAN, CCTV, Access Control, GPS Tracking, and Print Management Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) French or Swahili language skills preferred
Experience Level
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in IT Solutions & Security
