Job Description
Oversee operations and maintenance of solar power plants Manage EPC handover processes and transition to operations Monitor plant performance and optimize efficiency Ensure maximum plant availability and uptime Utilize SCADA and CMMS systems for monitoring and maintenance planning Implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field Strong knowledge of solar plant operations and maintenance Expertise in SCADA, CMMS, and EPC project handovers
Experience Level
6–12 years of experience in Solar Operations & Maintenance
Additional Information
Industry: Renewable Energy (Solar) French language skills preferred Strong technical and operational leadership required Focus on utility-scale solar asset management
