Production Manager – Refinery (Sunflower & Soya Oil)
Job Description
Manage production and quality control for sunflower and soya oil refinery operations Oversee production planning to achieve targeted output levels Supervise filling and packaging unit operations Ensure quality compliance through physical and laboratory testing Drive continuous improvement to reduce production losses and improve efficiency Conduct training programs for production staff to enhance safety and productivity Manage inventory control and spare parts management Coordinate with expat and local teams (4–5 expat staff and 20–30 local staff) Report directly to CEO / MD on operational performance
