Supply Lead / Supply Manager
Job Description
Develop and expand sustainable supplier and sourcing networks Drive supply growth through innovative sourcing and procurement strategies Lead regional supply teams, agents, and supplier representatives Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and contracts Implement performance tracking systems and accountability frameworks Improve supply reliability, efficiency, and output volumes Identify and activate underutilized or dormant supply sources Build long-term strategic relationships with suppliers and partners Ensure strong governance, compliance, and ethical procurement practices Deliver measurable improvements in cost, volume, and operational performance
Education & Experience
Education
Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Procurement / Logistics / Business / Commerce / Engineering or related discipline Professional certifications in Supply Chain or Procurement (Advantageous)
Experience Level
8–15 years in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or commercial operations, preferably in mining, commodities, or heavy industry
