Job Description

Oversee end-to-end mineral processing operations (Crushing, Grinding, Flotation, Leaching, etc.) Optimize plant performance, recovery rates, and throughput Monitor KPIs, process parameters, and production targets Troubleshoot operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards Lead, mentor, and manage plant operations teams Drive efficiency and process optimization across plant operations

Education & Experience

Additional Information

Experience in non-ferrous metals industry preferred Exposure to international or remote site operations is an advantage Strong leadership and team management skills required
