Job Description
Oversee end-to-end mining operations and production activities Lead operational planning, execution, and optimization of mining sites Ensure compliance with ESG, sustainability, and regulatory frameworks Manage multidisciplinary and multicultural teams in challenging environments Drive production efficiency, cost control, and safety standards Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory authorities

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline
Experience Level
12 to 20+ years in mining operations Minimum 5+ years in a leadership/managerial role Strong experience in base metals, precious metals, or mineral resources Proven track record in managing large-scale mining operations Prior experience in African mining environments (DRC highly preferred)
Additional Information
Strong preference for DRC / Central Africa experience French language skills highly preferred Urgent requirement Immediate joining preferred
