Job Description
Develop and execute overall operational strategy aligned with business goals Oversee manufacturing, production planning, and capacity utilization Ensure compliance with PPB regulations, GMP, GDP, and pharmacovigilance requirements Manage regulatory submissions, product registrations, and audits Lead supply chain, procurement, and inventory optimization Oversee logistics, warehousing, cold chain, and distribution networks Support commercial teams in demand planning and tender execution

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field MBA / Master’s Degree preferred Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP/GDP standards, and regulatory frameworks
Experience Level
Minimum 8+ years in senior management roles in pharmaceutical manufacturing or distribution Proven experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments Strong leadership experience in end-to-end pharma operations
