General Manager – Construction
Job Description
Provide strategic leadership for all construction operations and project execution Oversee projects from planning, execution, to final handover Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and quality standards Review project plans, cost estimates, and execution methodologies Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams Monitor contractor performance and compliance with specifications Lead project review meetings and track multi-site progress

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or related field Master’s Degree (MBA or related field) is an added advantage Professional certifications such as COREN, NSE, NIOB, PMI (advantageous)
Experience Level
10–15 years in construction industry Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership / managerial role Proven experience in large-scale real estate development or infrastructure projects
