Job Description
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs Ensure smooth operation of boilers, turbines, generators, digesters, presses, clarifiers, and mill equipment Minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting and corrective maintenance Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Procurement teams Improve plant efficiency and operational reliability

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related field Additional technical certifications (CMMS or maintenance systems) is an advantage
Experience Level
Minimum 10+ years of experience in maintenance / mill operations Preferably experience in Palm Oil Mill operations
Additional Information
Strong experience in palm oil mill operations preferred Knowledge of milling, refining, and power generation systems required Experience with CMMS systems is an added advantage
