Develop and execute strategic plans to expand export operations Lead cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, compliance, procurement, and marketing Manage relationships with suppliers, regulators, and logistics partners Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and profitability improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export regulations, and safety standards Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities Drive operational excellence and process efficiency across export functions Build and lead high-performing teams with a culture of accountability and performance

Education & Experience
Education
achelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (advanced certifications preferred)
Experience Level
10+ years of experience in minerals or commodities export operations
