Plant Head – Edible Oil
Job Description
Lead complete plant operations for edible oil production Oversee Crushing, Solvent Extraction (SEP), and Refinery operations Drive process optimization, yield improvement, and cost control initiatives Ensure adherence to HSE standards, including safe handling of hexane Manage production planning, efficiency, and quality control systems Lead and develop plant teams to achieve operational excellence Monitor plant performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
Experience Level
12+ years of experience in edible oil manufacturing, with 5–8 years in leadership roles
