General Manager – Hotel
Job Description
Manage end-to-end hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality Drive revenue growth and profitability of the hotel Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost control Lead, train, and develop hotel staff and department heads Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards Implement marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue Maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field (MBA/PG in Hospitality is an added advantage)
Experience Level
8+ years of experience in the hotel industry, with prior experience in hotel operations leadership roles
Additional Information
Candidates must have experience strictly in the hotel industry Willingness to relocate to Rwanda is required Strong leadership and operational management skills are essential
