Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field MBA or equivalent leadership qualification is an added advantage
Experience Level
10–15+ years in luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality Minimum 5+ years in a senior leadership role (General Manager / Resort Manager / Director of Operations) Proven experience in launching, repositioning, or managing high-end luxury properties
