Oversee end-to-end mining operations including planning, production, and optimization • Manage large teams including engineers, supervisors, and workforce • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards • Implement ESG and sustainability frameworks across operations • Optimize production efficiency and cost management • Coordinate with geology, processing, and logistics teams • Monitor KPIs, reporting, and operational performance • Liaise with senior management and stakeholders

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline
Experience Level
12–20+ years of experience in mining operations • Minimum 5+ years in a leadership / managerial role
Additional Information
Prior experience in African mining environments is highly preferred (DRC experience a plus) • Language: English mandatory; French preferred • Candidates must be open to relocation to Central Africa • Suitable for senior professionals seeking international exposure
