Job Description
Manage Rotary Kiln operations and associated equipment Oversee DRI process control and continuous optimization Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance Handle troubleshooting and operational challenges Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth plant operations Drive efficiency, safety, and uptime improvements Support plant commissioning, erection, and expansion activities Monitor production planning and reporting through SAP/MIS

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Additional certifications in production/maintenance (preferred) Knowledge of SAP / MIS systems
Experience Level
5–15 years (based on role level) in Sponge Iron (DRI) / Steel Manufacturing Hands-on experience in Rotary Kiln operations and plant maintenance Experience in erection, commissioning, and plant operations Proven experience in managing teams and production efficiency

Strong experience in DRI / Sponge Iron industry is mandatory Candidates with kiln operations expertise will be preferred Suitable for professionals with hands-on plant experience, not purely theoretical roles
