Shift In-Charge / Shift Engineer – (IML – Thin Wall Containers)
Job Description
Manage and supervise production, process control, and maintenance activities during shifts Operate and oversee Injection Moulding processes (IML – Thin Wall Containers & PET Preforms) Ensure optimal machine efficiency and minimize downtime Handle troubleshooting, process optimization, and job changeovers Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities Maintain quality standards, reduce rejection rates, and ensure proper documentation Ensure compliance with safety policies and manufacturing standards Lead, train, and guide shop floor operators and technicians

Education & Experience
Education
B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Preferred: PG Diploma in Plastics Processing Technology (PGDPPT)
Experience Level
Minimum 8+ years in Injection Moulding operations
Additional Information
Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in Injection Moulding, specifically in Thin Wall Containers (IML) and PET Preforms Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is essential Immediate joiners or candidates open to relocation to Ghana are preferred
