Job Description

Lead and manage refractory installations until production handover Optimize refractory cost per ton and improve operational efficiency Oversee inventory management and coordinate with procurement teams Lead, mentor, and manage refractory teams on-site Conduct trials, analyze performance, and report outcomes Ensure zero catastrophic refractory failures through proactive planning

Additional Information
