Job Description
Lead initiation and planning of greenfield projects Ensure project timelines, budgets, and technical requirements are achieved Oversee operations of medium-to-large scale chemical facilities Manage government liaison activities and secure regulatory approvals Coordinate closely with engineering and construction teams Provide technical guidance during project implementation Direct pre-commissioning, testing, and plant commissioning activities Manage site development, infrastructure setup, and machinery installation Ensure plant facilities meet all operational and design specifications Lead large-scale project teams and coordinate with OEM vendors and stakeholders

Education & Experience
Education
B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from a premier institute in India
Experience Level
Minimum 25+ Years of experience in Chemical or Heavy Manufacturing Industry
Additional Information
Strong expertise in greenfield project initiation and plant commissioning required • Experience in chemical plants or heavy manufacturing facilities preferred • Ability to interface with government authorities and regulatory bodies required • Willingness to work and adapt to operational challenges in Central Africa essential
