Job Description

Manage complete plant production operations independently • Handle lubricant / blending plant production activities • Oversee blending, filling, and plant operations • Lead production teams and ensure smooth plant execution • Manage manpower handling and shift coordination • Plan production schedules and coordinate inventory requirements • Ensure quality coordination and safety compliance • Drive process improvement and operational efficiency • Coordinate dispatch management and plant output

Education & Experience

Additional Information
