Job Description
Monitor and optimize plant process operations • Analyze process parameters, recovery, throughput, and plant efficiency • Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives • Troubleshoot operational and metallurgical issues • Monitor metallurgical performance and prepare process reports • Coordinate with production, maintenance, utility, and laboratory teams • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational SOPs • Support process stability and production targets

Education & Experience
Education
B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical / Metallurgical Engineering
Experience Level
Experience in Mineral Processing, Hydrometallurgy, Beneficiation, or Smelting Operations

Strong exposure to process control and plant operations required • Leadership and team coordination skills preferred • African experience will be an added advantag
