AGM / DGM – Process
Job Description
Lead and optimize overall metallurgical / process plant operations • Monitor plant performance, recovery, throughput, and process efficiency • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production and process stability • Handle troubleshooting in beneficiation / hydrometallurgical / mineral processing plants • Ensure process compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards • Coordinate with production, maintenance, laboratory, and technical teams • Analyze metallurgical data, KPIs, and process reports • Lead process improvement projects and mentor process teams

Education & Experience
Education
B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical / Metallurgical Engineering
Experience Level
12–18+ years of experience in Mineral Processing / Metallurgy / Hydromet Plants
Additional Information
Strong exposure to base metals, beneficiation, flotation, leaching, or smelting operations required • Leadership experience in large process plants preferred • African mining experience preferred
