Job Description
Manage and monitor shift-wise production operations • Ensure smooth furnace / plant operation and production continuity • Monitor process parameters, recovery, productivity, and quality • Coordinate with maintenance, utility, and laboratory teams • Handle manpower planning and shift management • Troubleshoot operational and process-related issues • Maintain shift reports and production documentation • Ensure compliance with safety and operational SOPs

Education & Experience
Education
B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical / Metallurgical / Mechanical Engineering
Experience Level
Experience in Metal, Mining, Smelting, Mineral Processing, or Manufacturing Plants
Additional Information
Strong exposure to production operations and process control required • Leadership and team handling experience preferred • African experience will be an added advantage
