Lead Production Engineer

Job Description

Analyze well performance data and identify production bottlenecks Implement strategies to improve production rates and operational efficiency Plan and oversee well interventions, including workovers, stimulation treatments, sand control, well integrity management and artificial lift systems Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior production engineers Work with finance teams to develop and manage production budgets Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities Coordinate with operations, maintenance, vendors and regulatory bodies Prepare and present production reports to senior management, Production Head and Subsurface HOD Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards across all production activities
