Head of Engineering – Maintenance
Job Description
Lead engineering and maintenance teams across plant operations Ensure smooth functioning of injection moulding machines and utilities Plan and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance activities Improve equipment reliability and plant efficiency Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime Monitor maintenance budgets, spare parts, and vendor management Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives in plant engineering

Education & Experience
Education
B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience Level
10+ years of experience in the Plastic Industry Mandatory experience in Injection Moulding Machines

Injection moulding machine experience is mandatory Candidates from plastic manufacturing industry only preferred
