Job Description
Operate and monitor production equipment for mixing, filling, and packing Handle dairy and food processing operations efficiently Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards Perform routine checks and basic machine maintenance Maintain accurate production records and report operational issues Follow safety protocols and operational procedures at all times Support smooth production flow and minimize downtime

Education & Experience
Education
ITI / Diploma in Dairy Science, Food Science, or Chemistry
Experience Level
Minimum 2 years of experience in Dairy / Food Processing Industry Experience in UHT / Beverage / Processed Food lines preferred Prior exposure to African / Angola projects is an added advantage
Additional Information
Experience in products like UHT milk, mayonnaise, ketchup, yoghurt, and jelly preferred Candidates with food processing industry background preferred
