Job Description
Lead and manage daily mining operations • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards • Oversee mine planning, production scheduling, and resource optimization • Coordinate with geology, logistics, and regulatory teams • Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives • Ensure achievement of production targets and cost efficiency • Manage mining workforce and contractor activities • Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements • Support strategic planning and long-term mine development initiatives
