Lead daily plastic manufacturing operations • Drive Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQCD) targets • Manage machine efficiency and maintenance planning • Implement lean manufacturing practices and process improvement initiatives • Oversee production and maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency • Lead, train, and develop manufacturing teams
