Job Description
Oversee complete factory operations including production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, and dispatch • Drive operational excellence through OEE improvement, productivity enhancement, waste reduction, and cost optimization • Manage manufacturing processes including PET preforms, closures, injection molding, blow molding, thinwall, IML, crates, and offset printing • Lead plant budgeting, cost control, and profitability initiatives

Education & Experience
Education
Africa Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Plastics Technology, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Additional certifications in Lean Manufacturing / TPM / Six Sigma preferred.
Experience Level
12–18 Years in rigid packaging manufacturing with strong exposure to PET preforms, closures, injection molding, blow molding, thinwall, IML, crates, and offset printing operations.
Additional Information
Candidates with strong experience in rigid packaging and plastics manufacturing industries will be preferred • International / Africa experience will be an added advantage
