Logistics Operator
Job Description
Manage warehouse stock and inventory records • Handle dispatch planning and material movement activities • Supervise loading and unloading operations • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records for 400+ items • Coordinate with production teams for material requirements and replenishment • Monitor stock levels and ensure FIFO compliance • Support procurement and vendor coordination activities • Prepare inventory reports and maintain operational documentation • Ensure proper storage, handling, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse

Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory • Excellent counting, inventory management, and FIFO knowledge required • Error-free written communication on WhatsApp is essential • Knowledge of Tally ERP will be an added advantage • Candidates should be willing to learn Swahili and French • Preferred age group: 30s
