Plant Head – Edible Oil
Job Description
Lead complete plant operations for edible oil manufacturing • Oversee Crushing, Solvent Extraction Plant (SEP), and Refinery operations • Drive process optimization, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and safe hexane handling practices • Monitor production efficiency, quality, and operational performance • Manage plant budgets, resource utilization, and cost controls • Lead and develop cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives • Implement continuous improvement and operational excellence programs • Ensure adherence to regulatory, quality, and environmental standards • Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Production Engineering, or Related Field (Preferred)
Experience Level
12+ Years in Edible Oil Manufacturing with 5–8 Years in Leadership Roles
Additional Information
Hands-on experience in Crushing + Solvent Extraction (SEP) + Refinery is mandatory • Strong expertise in process optimization, yield improvement, and cost control required • Experience in HSE management and hexane handling is essential
