Injection & Blow Moulding Machine Operator (Night Shift)
Job Description
Operate and monitor injection and blow moulding machines • Perform mould setting, loading, unloading, and machine parameter adjustments • Manage production activities involving PP, PET, and HDPE materials • Monitor machine performance and production quality • Troubleshoot common moulding defects and machine-related issues • Optimize temperature, pressure, and cycle time settings for efficient production • Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rejection rates • Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance activities • Maintain production records and report operational issues as required • Follow safety procedures and workplace standards
Education & Experience
Education
• Technical Qualification / Diploma preferred • Relevant experience in Plastic Manufacturing and Moulding Operations
Experience Level
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Plastic Moulding Industry • Experience operating Chinese moulding machines preferred Machine Details: • 150T Injection Moulding Machine • 250T Injection Moulding Machine • 450T Injection Moulding Machine Materials Handled: • PP (Polypropylene) • PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) • HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene)
Additional Information
• Experience with Chinese moulding machines will be highly preferred • Candidates must be comfortable working permanent night shifts • Strong experience with PP, PET, and HDPE materials is essential • Excellent opportunity to work in an international manufacturing environment in Angola
