Production Manager
Job Description
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer and business requirements • Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards • Supervise, train, develop, and manage production staff • Ensure optimal utilization of machinery, equipment, and raw materials • Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards • Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Management, or a related field
Experience Level
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a plastics manufacturing environment
