Job Description
• Manage site execution of solar PV and BESS projects • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, and project teams • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans • Track project progress and prepare status reports

B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience Level
• 8–15 years of experience in Solar Power Projects • Strong expertise in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) • Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution
